Who I Am

Hi, I’m Savannah Wright! I’m 22 years old and originally from Rome, Georgia. I graduated from Rome High School and was raised in a Christian home where my faith has always been the heart of who I am. I’m an active member of West Rome Baptist Church (WRBC), where I love volunteering in different roles. My relationship with God is the foundation of everything I do, and I strive daily to reflect His love in all areas of my life.

I previously worked at Truett’s Chick-fil-A until late 2022, when I shifted my focus to studying for my insurance license. I passed the state exam in March 2023 and began working at my dad’s Allstate agency, where I stayed until January 2024. Since then, I’ve been focusing on nannying, pet sitting, and laying the groundwork for my future doggy daycare and boarding business.

I recently graduated from Shorter University with a degree in General Business and a minor in Psychology. My dream is to combine my love for animals and my passion for mental health by building a doggy daycare and boarding facility, while also pursuing a career in counseling. After earning my degree in December 2024, I plan to continue growing Sav’s Doggy Daycare & Boarding into a business that’s not just successful—but built on compassion, care, and a whole lot of puppy love.

Meet My Fur Babies

Meet Rocco and Rhett - my current fur babies and best friends. Over the years, I’ve had four amazing dogs who’ve each left their paw prints on my heart. Honestly, I can’t remember a time when animals weren’t a big part of my life.

Back in high school, I wanted to be a vet and open my own clinic. As I learned more about what that actually meant, I realized that a few parts of the job just weren’t for me. Still, my love for animals never went away - it’s just who I am.

I’ve always dreamed of spending my days surrounded by dogs, and now with Sav’s Doggy Daycare & Boarding, I get to do just that. My heart is to create a space that feels safe, fun, and full of love - like a second home for your pups. It’s been such a joy caring for the sweetest loved pets, and I can’t wait to welcome even more into the pack!
